Title: Business Manager - Bleach
Location: Houston, TX
Salary: $135,
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week

Focus: The Business Manager - Bleach is responsible for the execution of the business strategy and day to day business activities including price management, channel strategy, contract strategy, competitive analysis, and reaching monthly financial targets. You will also develop and execute the marketing and channel plans for the U.S. & Canada in support of the Global Bleach Business Strategy and Goals and ensure alignment and implementation across all functions to achieve the business plans.
This role is directly responsible for delivering price and volume goals for the bleach business. In this role, you will also work closely with senior management, sales, the Chlorine & Caustic Soda Businesses, operations, integrated supply chain, pricing, and finance.
- Develop and direct implementation of price, volume, contracting, and channel strategy & plans for the US & Canada.
- Ensure aligned functional plans are developed to deliver the Bleach Business' Strategic Plan.
- Lead profitability and productivity analysis and improvement initiatives for the Global Bleach Business.
- Lead marketing group analysis & support activities for Bleach business capacity optimization, improvement and expansion project.
- Develop & maintain relationships with key industry leaders and strategic customers.
- Bachelor's degree;
Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing disciplines preferred. Master's degree preferred. - 7+ years of related experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain Management or Manufacturing.
- 3+ years of experience in Bleach Business preferred.
- Knowledge of the water treatment business preferred.
- Direct leadership experience preferred.
- Cross-functional experience (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, Commercial etc.)
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems; SAP and/or Salesforce experience preferred.
- Self-starter, problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, ability to effectively deal with all levels of the organization, both internally and externally, while fostering a team environment.
- Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 35%.
