Overview
We are adding a Contracts Manager to establish and lead a centralized contracts function for a growing, multi-business services organization. This is a newly created role with real ownership ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and wants to build something from the ground up.
This position will serve as the primary owner of customer contracts, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and executive leadership to reduce risk, improve visibility, and professionalize how agreements are managed across the organization.

- Build and maintain a centralized repository for all customer contracts
- Review, redline, and manage commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, renewals, and amendments
- Track key contract terms (renewals, notice periods, pricing structures, risk clauses, obligations)
- Identify and escalate legal, financial, and operational risk
- Develop repeatable, scalable contract workflows and internal guidelines
- Partner with Sales and Finance on pre- and post-sales contract support
- Coordinate with external legal counsel on complex or high-risk agreements
- Educate internal stakeholders on contract processes and risk indicators
- 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related role
- Strong experience reviewing and redlining customer-facing commercial contracts
- Comfort operating as an individual contributor who owns outcomes end-to-end
- Experience improving or building processes (not just maintaining them)
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners without formal authority
- High attention to detail paired with practical business judgment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field
Paralegal or legal-adjacent experience is a plus, but not required.
