Disaster Recovery Analyst- OnSite-CPIM​/CPM​/CPSM

Yoh has an immediate, 4‑month contract for a Disaster Recovery Analyst—OnSite—CPIM/CPM/CPSM within the humanitarian/non‑profit industry to serve a client and report from their office in Houston, TX.

• $40.43/hr max pay rate
• This role will require you to drive to various sites as needed
• Support disaster preparedness by providing analysis, procurement and supplier support, and assisting with disaster recovery testing to strengthen operational readiness during major emergencies
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Location MUST be on resume or application will be rejected
• Position requires the ability to work a flexible 40‑hour shift with nights, weekends, and holidays during national level and/or large‑scale disaster response

• Data & Analysis: Support procurement and disaster operations with quantitative/qualitative analysis on suppliers, costs, and market trends.
• Procurement & Supplier Support: Assist with sourcing, contract review support, supplier evaluations, and risk mitigation during emergencies.
• DR Testing: Help plan and execute disaster recovery tests to assess readiness and identify gaps.
• Operational Support: Support disaster readiness, planning, documentation, and process improvements.
• Cross‑Functional Coordination: Work with internal teams to gather data, improve workflows, and support response decision‑making.
• Partner Engagement: Maintain working relationships with key community and emergency partners to support response readiness.
• Disaster Response Availability: Able to support large‑scale responses, including nights, weekends, holidays as needed.

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 5 years related experience in procurement, sourcing, operations, logistics, or disaster operations
• Experience supporting contract evaluation, supplier performance monitoring, or strategic sourcing activities
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills with ability to interpret data and trends
• Ability to work in a collaborative, matrixed environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work outside traditional business hours during major disaster responses
