- Support risk assessment for key supply chain disruptions and develop financially grounded mitigation plans, including scenario and sensitivity analyses.
- Prepare and deliver clear, executive‑ready reports and presentations summarizing financial performance, key drivers, and recommendations for leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field required; master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA, CSCP, CPIM) preferred.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in financial analysis, supply chain analysis, or a similar analytics role, ideally with manufacturing, distribution, or consumer products
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with demonstrated experience working with large data sets and complex models
- Proficiency with Excel (advanced functions, modeling), and experience with ERP, BI, or planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau) is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of supply chain concepts, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and cost drivers
- Working knowledge of standard accounting principles related to inventory, cost of goods sold, and period expenses
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, business‑oriented insights for non‑financial stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional and build effective relationships with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance partners
