Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join the Global Learning Strategy team. In this role, you will support the design, delivery, and administration of programs while ensuring a seamless learning experience for all participants. This position involves hybrid work, with two days per week in the office and occasional travel to Houston and regional hubs. Airline operational experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and maintain programs, including participant communication, scheduling, and program materials management.

* Manage program logistics, such as securing training spaces and coordinating participant access to facilities.

* Process and maintain accurate participant rosters and records.

* Coordinate catering services for training sessions, including ordering meals and post-service cleanup.

* Prepare and organize training materials, including printing, copying, and document assembly.

* Communicate effectively with program participants regarding schedules, locations, and pre-work requirements.

* Track and manage training supply inventory.

* Assist in the creation of PowerPoint presentations on project status.

Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and analytical skills.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Ability to prioritize and plan work to meet deadlines.

* Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

* Baseline understanding of Rise/Articulate software.

* Ability to create learning modules.

* Open to candidates with at least 2 years of experience.

Pay Range: $30-40
