We’re looking for a
** Category Manager
** who can move beyond tactical execution and truly own end-to-end category strategy—partnering with stakeholders, optimizing supplier performance, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
** What You’ll Do
*** Own and execute
** end-to-end category strategy
** across a high-spend portfolio ($50M+)
* Lead
** strategic sourcing initiatives**, including RFPs, negotiations, and supplier selection
* Manage and optimize
** supplier relationships and performance**
* ** Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive cost savings, efficiency, and innovation**
* ** Leverage data to inform decisions and improve category performance and outcomes**
* ** Contribute to process improvements and procurement transformation initiatives
**** What We’re Looking For**
* ** 5+ years of strategic sourcing or category management experience**
* ** Experience executing sourcing strategies at a country, regional, or global level**
* ** Proven ability to own category strategy**, not just support buying activities
* Strong
** data analysis and problem-solving skills**
* ** Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
**** Preferred Experience
*** Background in a
** large, fast-paced environment** (tech or similarly complex organizations)
* Familiarity with
** procurement systems and tools**
* ** Exposure to international sourcing and supplier networks

Compensation & Benefits The pay rate for this position is between $30.00 and $40.00 per hour. Specific benefits available to contract employees may be discussed during the application process.
