About The Role
The Business Analyst supports Facility Management operations by analyzing data, processes, and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
LocationThis position is ideally based out of Dallas, TX, but can be flexible to people in other markets within Texas.
In this role, you will- Analyze work order (WO) data, spend trends, and service performance.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for Facility Management delivery.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Support transition activities, including data validation and process mapping.
- Collaborate with technology teams to optimize Facility Management systems (e.g., CAFM/CMMS platforms).
- Produce insights to support strategic planning and operational enhancements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Facility Management systems, data analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience supporting transition and transformation initiatives.
