Business Analyst; Facilities Management Delivery

About The Role

The Business Analyst supports Facility Management operations by analyzing data, processes, and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

This position is ideally based out of Dallas, TX, but can be flexible to people in other markets within Texas.

• Analyze work order (WO) data, spend trends, and service performance.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for Facility Management delivery.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Support transition activities, including data validation and process mapping.
• Collaborate with technology teams to optimize Facility Management systems (e.g., CAFM/CMMS platforms).
• Produce insights to support strategic planning and operational enhancements.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Facility Management systems, data analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience supporting transition and transformation initiatives.
