* Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including strategic sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order execution
* Develop and implement category strategies to optimize cost, quality, delivery, and risk
* Manage supplier relationships and performance, including KPIs, scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Negotiate complex commercial agreements, terms and conditions, and long-term supply contracts
* Conduct market analysis, benchmark pricing, and evaluate total cost of ownership (TCO)
* Partner with internal stakeholders (engineering, operations, finance, legal, and project teams) to align procurement strategies with business needs
* Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations
* Identify and mitigate supply chain risks related to quality, delivery, financial stability, and geopolitical factors
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-saving initiatives with measurable financial impact
* Mentor and provide guidance to junior procurement staff as needed

Experience
* 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
* Demonstrated success negotiating contracts and managing strategic supplier
* Proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvement
* Knowledge of working with ERP/MRP systems (Epicor & Nav)
* Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Experience in manufacturing, energy, industrial services, or capital projects environments
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Education Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or professional certifications (CPSM, CIPS, CSCP, PMP)
Physical Requirements
* Lifting Requirement up to 20lbs
