A Quick SnapshotThe Senior Analyst is responsible for running the operational backbone of the renewals business. This role owns forecasting, reporting, data integrity, and the systems and processes that enable accurate revenue visibility and execution across Customer Success and Renewals teams. It plays a critical role in ensuring leadership has clear insights into performance while partnering cross‑functionally to improve processes, resolve data and compensation challenges, and support planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities Renewal Forecasting & Reporting- Own weekly, monthly, and executive‑level forecasting for renewals and customer success performance using Clari and PowerBI.
- Deliver consistent reporting and insights to leadership, including board‑level materials.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across all renewal reporting outputs.
- Use SPIFF to support annual and quarterly planning cycles for the renewals business.
- Build and maintain models for quota allocation, coverage, and target setting.
- Partner with leadership to align planning outputs with business objectives.
- Act as the primary owner for data integrity across renewal‑related processes within Salesforce.
- Govern Salesforce changes impacting renewals, including fields, logic, and reporting structures.
- Ensure accurate pipeline attribution and alignment with compensation and reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain reporting for attainment, performance metrics, and incentive tracking (e.g., SPIFF).
- Provide actionable insights into performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support stakeholders across Customer Success, Finance, and Rev Ops with data‑driven analysis.
- Own and optimize tools, workflows, and operational processes supporting the renewal lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
- Enable the team through documentation, training, and workflow improvements.
- Manage account assignments and renewal book of business structures.
- Maintain underlying data models supporting segmentation, ownership, and reporting.
- Partner with Customer Success, Finance, Compensation, and Rev Ops teams to resolve operational issues.
- Drive alignment across teams on pipeline crediting, comp logic, and reporting definitions.
- Support critical initiatives such as system migrations, process changes, and new program rollouts.
- Strong experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Success Operations.
- Deep understanding of forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting and data management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools.
- Ability to manage complex processes and maintain high data accuracy.
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and drive alignment across teams.
- Accurate, reliable renewal forecasts and reporting trusted by leadership.
- Clean, consistent data supporting pipeline visibility and compensation accuracy.
- Scalable processes that reduce friction and improve team efficiency.
- Strong cross‑functional alignment across Rev Ops, Customer Success, and Finance.
$98,850—$125,000 USD (full‑time, U.S.)
