Position Summary

Responsible for performing all tasks related to customer agreements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Processes new, updated, and canceled recurring agreements
  • Prepares weekly open MRR Project ticket update report for the Executive team
  • Monitors new agreement projects for set-up fee and monthly billing start up
  • Work with Sales to determine agreement changes including additions and cancelations
  • Manage Agreement Board
  • Manage internal product numbers; add new company SKU’s
  • Administer vendor portals and quoting software
  • Prepares monthly agreement updates of counts and usage
  • Prepares monthly agreement billing discrepancy report
  • Prepares all monthly, pro-rated, and usage invoices
  • Engages customer for payment collection purposes to ensure using the approved collection process.
  • Backup for OTC Specialists (HW/SW Orders & Projects) as needed
  • Stays up to date on all trainings and certifications for software and business partners
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Education/Experience/Certifications

3 years or more experience in OTC or contract administration required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Some college preferred.
