Sales Support Analyst – Business Operations

Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Sales Support Analyst – Business Operations for our client, a large and well-established leader in the energy and infrastructure sector. In this position, you will directly support the sales function by managing commercial agreement processes, coordinating with channel partners and customers, and ensuring accurate, timely execution of sales-related deliverables. This is an opportunity to combine analytical skills with cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales team by processing commercial agreements and related documentation.
• Act as liaison between the Internal Sales Team, Channel Partners, and Customers.
• Analyze inbound requests for proposals, gather usage data, set up accounts, and manage changes to proposals or pricing.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all proposal and contract-related activities.
• Design and modify processes to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
• Collaborate across multiple departments to understand end-to-end impacts on sales operations.
• Provide consistent communication to leadership regarding deliverables and status updates.
• Conduct operational analyses and contribute to medium to large special projects.
• Develop and maintain reports to support informed decision-making.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in sales support, contracts administration, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with financial analysis is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
