Job SummaryThe Operations & Planning Coordinator plays a critical role in enabling the effectiveness and execution of the Growth & Policy organization. This position drives operational structure—through processes, tools, and planning—while also providing seamless coordination and support to the Chief Growth & Policy Officer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is energized by bringing organization, clarity, and discipline to complex work.
Key Responsibilities Operations & Planning- Build, document, and standardize processes, workflows, and team operating rhythms
- Develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and centralized documentation (e.g., SharePoint)
- Support budget tracking, reporting, and resource planning activities
- Maintain Excel trackers, dashboards, and planning tools
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, timelines, and deliverables
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement
- Manage scheduling, calendar alignment, and prioritization of commitments for the Chief Growth & Policy Officer
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-ups
- Prepare briefing materials, summaries, and leadership updates
- Track action items and ensure follow-through across stakeholders
- Support travel and logistical coordination as needed
- Track progress, dependencies, and risks across key initiatives
- Facilitate alignment across teams and functions
- Serve as a central point of coordination to ensure clarity on priorities and deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in operations, coordination, project support, or executive support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience supporting complex, cross-functional work
- 8+ years of Experience supporting senior leaders (VP+ or C-suite)
- Experience building processes or operational infrastructure from scratch
- Familiarity with SharePoint or similar tools
- Project management experience
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination
- Discretion and professionalism in supporting senior leadership
