Job #: 37657 – AR Specialist / AR Portal Manager
We are in immediate need of an experienced Accounts Receivable professional with strong portal management experience to join a fast‑paced, growing organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in collections, customer communication, problem‑solving, and managing high‑volume invoicing portals.
Key experience needed:
- Full‑cycle Accounts Receivable & Collections
- Cash applications, reconciliations, and aging management
- Customer/vendor portal management
- Experience with invoicing/payment portals including:
Holman, Fleetio, Element, Penske, and Auto Integrate - Experience troubleshooting portal discrepancies, short pays, and billing issues
- ERP/accounting systems experience preferred (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, etc.)
- Construction, heavy equipment, industrial, fleet, or service industry experience is highly preferred
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working cross‑functionally, and helping improve processes in a high‑growth environment.
