CJR Renewables is looking for Supply Chain Analyst II to join our team in our Houston, TX office. As the Supply Chain Analyst II you will be responsible for supporting and executing contract administration, procurement processes, and vendor pre-qualification efforts. This role includes managing compliance checks, driving expediting activities, and handling administrative and coordination tasks related to contracts and procurement. The SCA II is expected to operate with increased autonomy, support cross-functional teams, and contribute to process improvements within a fast‑paced EPC environment.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proficient in enterprise systems and tools, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and accountability.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Lead and assist in the NDA, vendor pre‑qualification process, maintaining an updated Approved Vendor List;
  • Support the management of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations;
  • Handle price requests, pricing approvals, and expediting functions as required;
  • Work with Compliance to ensure compliance with ongoing programs;
  • Adopt the behaviors and attitudes that fit the organization’s values to achieve company’s mission and vision;
  • Comply with and promote the policies and procedures of the entire organization.
  • Track and analyze KPIs, validate data, and support performance reporting and insights;
  • Manage vendor documentation and PO administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing;
  • Maintain and improve contract records, ensuring data integrity and proper document control;
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive efficient project execution and resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree from an accredited program.
  • 4-7 years of experience in expediting, contract administration, or procurement.
  • Valid US Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Availability for occasional travel (
