The Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) Remarketing Analyst, Product Development will be responsible to coordinate Business Process Management efforts, assist in vendor evaluation & management procedures and support all strategic transformation initiatives within the SFS & Stellantis Motors Remarketing organizations. This function is expected to utilize analytical techniques, research, and collaboration to support the execution of tactical improvements and strategic initiatives within the organization.

As a part of a maturing organization, curiosity, and operational insights into how businesses function and how to make processes more efficient and effective play a huge role in the growth of this position.

• Formulate recommendations and lead execution of suggested changes/improvements
• Create and implement tools, standard templates and processes for vendor evaluations
• Provide support in managing the relationship with all existing vendors and track performance to ensure adherence to agreed quality standards
• Support strategic product initiatives from discovery phase to product launch
• Conduct research of trends that impact our industry
• Synthesize research insights and communicate findings clearly and concisely
• Create high level investment analysis and cost / benefit estimates to support investment decisions
• Conform with all company policies and procedures

• Minimum of 2 years of experience within analytics/data and/or consulting

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Economics, Business or other quantitative fields.

• Advanced with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of business transformation / process improvement methodologies.
• Experience in project management / project implementation.
• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strategic and creative thinking.
• Strong influencing and collaboration skills.
• Effective written and verbal presentation skills.
• Capable of managing multiple projects, including ability to coordinate and balance numerous tasks in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, meeting deadlines.
• Overtime required – required on an as needed basis.
• Travel 0-10% - as required on an as needed basis.
• Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA;
  Dallas, TX;
  Detroit, MI;
  Houston, TX;
  Phoenix, AZ.

• Understanding of auto-finance industry or Auto Remarketing is preferred!
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in process improvement, project management, corporate strategy or other analytical functions, experience.
