Interim Data & Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on finance and data professional to support ongoing master data cleanup, historical data analysis, and reporting initiatives within a complex operating environment. This individual will work cross‑functionally with accounting, finance, and operations teams to organize, manipulate, and improve large sets of financial and operational data while helping drive data integrity across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong accounting foundation paired with advanced data management and analytical capabilities. This is a highly operational role requiring someone comfortable diving into detailed transactional data, identifying inconsistencies, and supporting process improvement efforts.

• Lead and support master data cleanup initiatives across multiple functional areas, including vendor, employee, and historical transactional data
• Pull, manipulate, validate, and reconcile large data sets to support operational and reporting needs - Quorum Software Experience highly preferred
• Partner with accounting and business teams to improve data accuracy, consistency, and usability across systems
• Assist with organizing and structuring historical data to align with evolving business requirements
• Support reporting and analysis efforts utilizing tools such as Excel and Power BI
• Identify data integrity issues and help implement practical solutions and process improvements
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and support ad hoc analysis requests
• Contribute to ongoing finance and operational transformation initiatives
