Pay Range: $24 - $26/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate accounts, contracts, and enrollments for accuracy and completeness
- Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with utility and regulatory requirements
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies before they impact enrollment, billing, or customer experience
- Analyze data across multiple systems to identify trends, exceptions, and operational issues
- Work closely with internal business teams and utility partners to resolve enrollment and contract issues
- Review deal setup and manage high-volume exception processing
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure data integrity
- Lead weekly business stakeholder meetings, presenting Government Aggregation performance metrics, trends, and key issues
- Support operational decision-making through data analysis and reporting
- Key Skills;
Experience in the retail energy industry is required - Experience with Government Aggregation (Gov Agg) processes is highly preferred
- Proficient with SQL knowledge
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Large dataset analysis.
- Working knowledge of SQL (ability to write queries and analyze data; SQL development experience is not required)
- Experience working with account, contract, and enrollment data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information to business stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Experience supporting regulated utility or energy operations
- Experience with quality control, operational reporting, or data validation
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external utility partners
- Bachelor's degree
