• Manage after‑sales service requests, quotes, and customer inquiries
• Process service tickets, sales orders, and purchase orders using CRM and ERP systems
• Schedule and coordinate field technicians for service calls, installations, and maintenance
• Track parts shipments and keep customers informed of delivery timelines
• Communicate with warehouse, engineering, and project teams to ensure smooth operations
• Support warranty questions, documentation, and billing follow‑ups

• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical service environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning CRM/ERP systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive, proactive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
