Senior Contractual Services Commercial Manager – NAM/LATAM Commercial Strategy for Complex Assets Enabling Customer Success Through Smarter Service Models. Join our Commercial Team! Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value‑chain and industrial sector. The Commercial & Sales organization drives growth by building strong customer partnerships, commercializing hydrocarbons, and delivering integrated equipment and service solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead deal teams in proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations for complex service agreements, including the preparation and submission of tender documentation.
- Ensure deals deliver sustainable business value through balanced risk and opportunity assessment, including peaking and base‑load requirements in contractual modelling.
- Drive commercial innovation and competitive positioning in dynamic and highly competitive markets.
- Manage contractual risk, compliance, and negotiation strategy across internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and execute commercial models and strategies across Oil & Gas, power generation, and data centre infrastructure, including critical power and reliability‑driven service models.
- Build strong customer relationships to identify long‑term service opportunities and growth levers.
- Adapt commercial solutions to customer operating conditions, contractual frameworks, and business drivers.
- Collaborate across engineering, operations, finance, legal, and risk teams to develop aligned and executable commercial solutions.
- Apply strong technical and commercial understanding of heavy‑duty gas turbines, aeroderivative gas turbines, compressors, electric motors, and generators to support customer solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Aeronautical preferred), Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial, contracts, or proposal management roles, ideally within the Oil & Gas, industrial, or power sectors.
- Strong knowledge of LTSAs/lifecycle contract negotiation, commercial risk assessment, and proposal strategy.
- Experience in aeroderivative and heavy‑duty gas turbines OEM services.
- Experience addressing and leading decarbonization, emission reduction, and promoting hydrogen capabilities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to lead by influence in a matrix environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate several opportunities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required across the Americas.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
