Business Analyst

Position: BUSINESS ANALYST I

** Responsibilities for Business Analyst include but are not limited to:*
* · Perform quality control reviews on accounts, contracts, and enrollments to ensure accuracy and completeness

· Validate data to ensure alignment with utility requirements and regulatory standards

· Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies before they impact enrollment, billing, or customer experience

· Review deal setups, process exceptions, and support high-volume QC workflows

· Analyze data across multiple systems and sources to ensure consistency and audit readiness

· Collaborate with internal teams and utilities to resolve issues and ensure timely processing

· Lead weekly stand-up meetings with business stakeholders, presenting Gov Agg performance metrics, trends, and key issues

· Maintain detailed documentation of findings, corrections, and process improvements

** Candidates for Business Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered** :

· Required Bachelor's degree

· Prior experience in retail energy industry (mandatory)

· Experience working with account, contract, and enrollment data

· Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data review and documentation

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

· Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to cross-functional stakeholders

** Pay Details:**  $27.59 per hour
