** Job Summary*
* The Operations & Planning Coordinator plays a critical role in enabling the effectiveness and execution of the Growth & Policy organization. This position drives operational structure-through processes, tools, and planning-while also providing seamless coordination and support to the Chief Growth & Policy Officer.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is energized by bringing organization, clarity, and discipline to complex work.
** Key Responsibilities*
* Operations & Planning
+ Build, document, and standardize processes, workflows, and team operating rhythms
+ Develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and centralized documentation (e.g., SharePoint)
+ Support budget tracking, reporting, and resource planning activities
+ Maintain Excel trackers, dashboards, and planning tools
+ Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, timelines, and deliverables
+ Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement
** Executive Coordination*
* + Manage scheduling, calendar alignment, and prioritization of commitments for the Chief Growth & Policy Officer
+ Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-ups
+ Prepare briefing materials, summaries, and leadership updates
+ Track action items and ensure follow-through across stakeholders
+ Support travel and logistical coordination as needed
** Project & Stakeholder Coordination*
* + Track progress, dependencies, and risks across key initiatives
+ Facilitate alignment across teams and functions
+ Serve as a central point of coordination to ensure clarity on priorities and deliverables
** Minimum Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
+ 8+ years of experience in operations, coordination, project support, or executive support
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
+ Experience supporting complex, cross-functional work
** Preferred Qualifications*
* + 8+ years of Experience supporting senior leaders (VP+ or C-suite)
+ Experience building processes or operational infrastructure from scratch
+ Familiarity with SharePoint or similar tools
+ Project management experience
** Key Skills*
* + Strong organizational and execution skills
+ Ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments
+ High attention to detail and follow-through
+ Strong communication and stakeholder coordination
+ Discretion and professionalism in supporting senior leadership
