The Franchise Business Coach supports and advises franchisees to help drive strong operations, consistent execution, and profitable growth across the Shipley Donuts system.

This role partners closely with franchisees and internal teams to ensure brand standards are met, initiatives are executed, and each shop is set up for long‑term success.

• Serve as the primary partner for a group of franchisees within an assigned territory
• Build strong relationships and provide hands‑on coaching to improve performance
• Conduct regular shop visits and business reviews to support operational and financial results
• Help franchisees identify opportunities and create action plans to drive improvement

• Ensure all shops consistently follow brand standards, SOPs, and food safety guidelines
• Support execution of the Shipley operating model across all locations
• Address operational challenges quickly and effectively
• Partner with franchise owners/operators to maintain a high‑quality guest experience

• Support rollout and execution of new products, promotions, and operational programs
• Ensure franchisee participation in company initiatives and campaigns
• Partner with Marketing, Training, Supply Chain, and other teams to drive results
• Help track progress and ensure initiatives are implemented effectively in the field

• Monitor shop performance and key business metrics
• Use data to guide conversations and drive accountability with franchisees
• Support development and follow‑through of action plans
• Help ensure deadlines and commitments are met

• Strong relationship builder who can coach, influence, and hold others accountable
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and what drives profitability
• Confident communicator with the ability to work with a variety of personalities
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple locations and priorities

Reports to Operations Leadership.

Field‑based role with regular time spent in shops supporting franchisees.

Frequent travel required (up to 75%) within assigned territory.

• 3–5 years of restaurant, franchise, or multi‑unit operations experience
• Quick service or hospitality experience preferred
• Experience working with or supporting franchisees is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
