Job Summary
Assist Transocean employees and contractors with immigration procedures. Ensures all paperwork, including applications for immigration and visas, are completed accurately and in a timely manner. The position requires minimal supervision and the ability to work independently while maintaining communication with their Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee, prepare and process work‑related passports, travel visas, employment visas and other immigration documents.
- Accounting administration records retention.
- Experience and comprehensive knowledge of foreign and domestic immigration and visa programs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills with supervisor.
Projected time: 3‑month contract.
