As a Business Development Coordinator you will be responsible for leveraging data analysis to identify potential new business opportunities, evaluate market trends, and develop strategic growth plans by collaborating closely with the business development team. You will focus on research, market insights, and data‑driven decision‑making to drive revenue and market share expansion. Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills are critical for success.
Maintain and promote a strong health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) culture for all employees, vendors, subcontractors, and customers. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and risks with a commitment to correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe or non‑conforming actions or conditions.

- Associate degree in Construction Management, Marketing or other related field or 0‑3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team.
