Technical Business Development & Client Support Manager (Americas)

C&C Reservoirs is seeking candidates for a Technical Business Development & Client Support Manager (Americas) to join our expanding global sales team. This position is based in Houston, Texas (remote considered).

Our platform, DAKS™ (Digital Analogue Knowledge System), is trusted by supermajors, NOCs, government agencies and independents to reduce exploration risk, optimize development scenarios, and support portfolio decisions — from deepwater prospect appraisal to CCS evaluation. We’re expanding across the Americas and need an exceptional individual to grow with us.

Job Description
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships across North and South America with persistence and genuine technical credibility.
  • Identify subsurface workflow gaps within prospective client organizations and craft a compelling, technically grounded case for analogue-driven solutions.
  • Educate exploration and asset teams — from geoscientists to C-suite — on the value of structured global analogue methodology using DAKS™.
  • Deliver platform demonstrations, technical workshops, and user training that turn interested prospects into committed, long-term subscribers.
  • Maintain an active commercial pipeline with discipline and follow-through across both regions.
  • The role is based in Houston but involves travel both within the US and internationally.
Required Experience
  • 10+ years of conventional upstream E&P experience — exploration, field development planning or reservoir engineering.
  • The instinct to ask the right questions, uncover a client’s real pain points, and demonstrate value in terms that resonate with senior subsurface teams.
  • Familiarity with the key conventional plays of the Americas — deepwater Gulf of Mexico, Brazilian pre-salt and post-salt turbidites, Caribbean carbonates, Andean foreland thrust belts.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred for South American client engagement.
  • Prior experience with technical data platforms or upstream energy software is an advantage.
