- Lead efforts to analyze data sources and establish relationships with key stakeholders
- Develop relationships with stakeholders to align change initiatives with strategic goals
- Analyze the impact of proposed changes on organizational processes, systems, and culture
- Coordinate with Organizational Change Management (OCM) representatives to maintain updated stakeholder information
- Support the development and implementation of OCM plans and other project deliverables
- Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in organizational change management or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders
- Understanding of OCM theories and models such as Prosci and Kotter's 8-Step Model
- Experience in collecting and analyzing stakeholder feedback to refine OCM strategies
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience with digital tools for managing stakeholder information and creating reports
- Federal experience is prioritized for eligible candidates
- Familiarity with Service Now
- Advanced change management certifications such as Prosci Change Management Advanced Practitioner
- Previous federal consulting experience
