Job Summary

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Houston, Texas. It is not a remote position. The role supports Non‑Hydrocarbon (NHC) Procurement and Warehousing functions by improving, standardizing, and streamlining business processes, systems, and controls.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and translate business requirements into system and process enhancements.
Review Material Master, Procurement, Maintenance and Warehouse processes and recommend improvements.
Participate in system configuration, testing, validation, and deployment.
Manage and govern Material Master and Procurement master data.
Provide training and coaching on systems, data and procedures.
Conduct compliance reviews.
Generate analytics and reporting to support data‑driven decision‑making.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with IT, Maintenance, Operations, and Finance.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of job‑related experience.
Functional SAP knowledge (MM, PM, and FI/CO preferred).
Experience with Material and Service Master Data Management.
Ability to translate business requirements into system specifications.
Experience with process mapping, workflow documentation, and testing methodologies.
Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Collaborative working across IT, Maintenance, Operations, and Finance.
Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
