This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Houston, Texas. It is not a remote position. The role supports Non‑Hydrocarbon (NHC) Procurement and Warehousing functions by improving, standardizing, and streamlining business processes, systems, and controls.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and translate business requirements into system and process enhancements.
- Review Material Master, Procurement, Maintenance and Warehouse processes and recommend improvements.
- Participate in system configuration, testing, validation, and deployment.
- Manage and govern Material Master and Procurement master data.
- Provide training and coaching on systems, data and procedures.
- Conduct compliance reviews.
- Generate analytics and reporting to support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with IT, Maintenance, Operations, and Finance.
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of job‑related experience.
- Functional SAP knowledge (MM, PM, and FI/CO preferred).
- Experience with Material and Service Master Data Management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system specifications.
- Experience with process mapping, workflow documentation, and testing methodologies.
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Collaborative working across IT, Maintenance, Operations, and Finance.
- Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
