This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business builder to lead the creation and expansion of new growth initiatives within a fast-scaling consumer business. In this role, you will take ownership of high-impact opportunities from concept through execution, shaping strategy while driving measurable commercial outcomes. Working cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and partnerships, you will build and scale new business lines with an entrepreneurial mindset.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced, AI-native environment where experimentation, execution, and accountability are highly valued. This position offers significant leadership exposure and a clear path toward broader general management or product leadership responsibilities. If you enjoy transforming ambitious ideas into scalable businesses, this role provides the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the development and scaling of new business lines, taking ownership from initial concept through launch, growth, and long-term success.
  • Define business strategy, prioritize growth opportunities, and translate strategic initiatives into clear execution plans.
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies, including positioning, pricing, customer acquisition, sales motions, and distribution channels.
  • Build financial models, monitor unit economics, establish performance targets, and optimize investments based on business performance.
  • Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships that support business expansion and sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and partnerships to align priorities, remove obstacles, and accelerate execution.
  • Conduct hands‑on analysis, evaluate customer journeys, optimize conversion funnels, and contribute directly wherever needed to achieve business objectives.
  • Leverage AI‑driven workflows and automation to improve operational efficiency, decision‑making, and business performance.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of professional experience, including experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, business operations, general management, entrepreneurship, or similar high‑growth environments.
  • Demonstrated success building, launching, and scaling new products, business lines, or commercial initiatives with full ownership of outcomes.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with exceptional operational execution and a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Experience developing AI‑powered workflows, internal tools, or automation solutions that significantly improve business processes and team productivity.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating business performance through financial modeling, customer acquisition metrics, and unit economics.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both executive leadership and operational teams.
  • Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments while maintaining a strong bias toward action and continuous improvement.
Benefits
  • Base salary ranging from $169,000 to $298,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
  • Eligibility for additional compensation, including bonus opportunities and equity.
  • Comprehensive healthcare and employee benefits package.
  • Fully remote opportunity within the United States.
  • Career growth opportunities with a clear pathway toward broader leadership responsibilities.
  • Collaborative, high‑growth environment focused on innovation, ownership, and AI‑driven ways of working.
  • Inclusive workplace that values diversity, equity, and equal opportunity for all applicants.
