This is a high-impact executive leadership opportunity for a transformation-focused leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology. In this role, you will drive enterprise-wide organizational transformation that reshapes operating models, improves execution discipline, and accelerates scalable growth across a complex healthcare technology environment. Working closely with senior executives, including the COO, you will translate strategic priorities into actionable delivery frameworks that improve efficiency, quality, and cross-functional alignment.

This role requires a hands‑on yet strategic leader who can operate across both technical depth and enterprise-level influence, ensuring that transformation initiatives deliver measurable, lasting impact.

Accountabilities
  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, delivery performance, scalability, and customer outcomes across the organization.
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear execution roadmaps, measurable milestones, and success metrics that ensure accountability and progress tracking.
  • Design and implement future‑state operating models that strengthen governance, decision‑making, cross‑functional collaboration, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with Technology, Product, and Operations leadership to ensure transformation initiatives are technically sound, operationally viable, and scalable.
  • Drive process modernization and workflow optimization efforts to eliminate bottlenecks and improve enterprise‑wide execution performance.
  • Establish strong program management discipline across complex initiatives, including dependency management, risk mitigation, and outcome‑based reporting.
  • Identify inefficiencies across systems and processes, and develop structured solutions to improve delivery velocity and organizational alignment.
  • Act as a key bridge between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring alignment across senior stakeholders and functional domains.
Requirements
  • 8–12+ years of experience in organizational transformation, enterprise strategy execution, operations leadership, or technology‑enabled change management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Organizational Development, or related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading large‑scale, cross‑functional transformation programs with measurable business outcomes (efficiency, cost reduction, quality, or customer impact).
  • Strong experience in technology‑driven organizations; healthcare technology experience is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of operating models, process optimization, and enterprise‑scale program delivery.
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, architecture, data, and platform teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a strong focus on metrics, outcomes, and continuous improvement.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment in complex, high‑priority environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical and operational concepts into clear, actionable business decisions.
Benefits
  • Competitive executive compensation package including base salary and bonus structure.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match available from day one.
  • Generous paid time off, including unlimited PTO for salaried employees and paid holidays.
  • Paid parental leave for all parents, including birth and adoptive caregivers.
  • Health savings account (HSA) with employer contributions and additional financial wellness benefits.
  • Education and professional development reimbursement programs to support continuous learning.
  • Wellness reimbursement for fitness, health, and lifestyle activities.
  • Remote‑first work environment with a strong culture of flexibility, collaboration, and engagement.
