  • Support onboarding and capability‑building efforts that strengthen team readiness, consistency, and long‑term success
Reporting & Organization
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and presentation of operational and training data to inform decision‑making
  • Establish disciplined reporting practices that create visibility, consistency, and accountability across teams and initiatives
  • Prepare executive‑level summaries, presentations, and communications to support leadership review and action
  • Ensure reporting is timely, accurate, and actionable, with a clear focus on business insight and operational performance
  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to the COO in advancing strategic priorities and key business initiatives
  • Develop decision‑support materials, leadership presentations, and follow‑up actions for critical meetings and projects
  • Facilitate cross‑functional coordination to ensure leadership priorities are communicated clearly and executed effectively
  • Represent the operations organization with professionalism, discretion, and a strong solutions‑oriented mindset
  • Build strong partnerships across Operations, Training, HR, and other key functions to align priorities and remove barriers to execution

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, complex initiatives, and evolving business needs in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strategic mindset paired with a hands‑on, execution‑oriented approach to problem solving
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information

This role is based in a professional office environment and requires regular collaboration with internal teams and field locations across the Shipley system
