Our work spans the value chain of these sectors, including technology, services, manufacturing and supply chain. We mostly work with Private Equity, Infrastructure and Corporate clients – they tell us they love our "speed to insight" because we staff teams not just with CDD experts but also with sector specialists;

this approach places a much lower emphasis on external experts and allows us to leverage Baringa's unique IP and bankable models that have been built up through years of Energy / Utilities / Infrastructure sector leadership. We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our leading Strategy & Transactions practice at Senior Consultant level. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team focused on deal advisory and growth strategy in the Energy, Utilities, and Renewable Infrastructure sectors. Day-to-day of the role might involve:

• Supporting corporate and private equity clients with market entry strategy/analysis, identifying investment themes and potential targets
• Leading buy and sell-side commercial due diligence
• Coaching colleagues on strategy and transactions best-practice
• Helping to develop new client relationships and manage and enhance existing relationships

Our Senior Consultant role requires 4+ years in a consulting or industry role, with experience in Strategy & Transactions initiatives. The following skills and attributes may make you the perfect candidate for this role:

• Strategy & Transactions advisory experience – CDD, VCDD, Growth, Market Entry
• Experience working on and leading energy-focused projects, and demonstrated understanding of the energy value chain
