Responsibilities
  • Serves as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to senior leaders, providing decision support and recommendations grounded in rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Partners with leaders to define, prioritize, and align functional and cross-functional initiatives with enterprise strategy and business objectives
  • Leads complex, cross‑functional initiatives end‑to‑end, driving stakeholder alignment, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring delivery against defined objectives, timelines, and success metrics
  • Develops and delivers executive‑ready communications, translating complex information into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations
  • Facilitates leadership briefings and decision‑making forums with confidence and executive presence
  • Evaluates current‑state processes and ways of working to identify opportunities for increased effectiveness, efficiency, and value delivery, supporting continuous improvement and change initiatives
  • Identifies risks, opportunities, and improvement areas that enhance leadership effectiveness, operational performance, and strategic execution
  • Defines, tracks, and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) by building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical models that provide leaders with visibility into performance, trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Develops and manages prioritization frameworks to evaluate and select transformation initiatives that maximize organizational value and align with strategic objectives and resource availability
  • Oversees the execution and performance tracking of transformation initiatives, monitoring milestones and benefit realization through dashboards and performance reporting
  • Partners with project managers, business sponsors, and functional leaders to drive alignment, delivery, and communication across transformation programs
  • Prepares and delivers executive‑level presentations and reports that translate transformation progress and complex data into actionable insights and informed decision‑making
  • Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, MIS, or a related field and ten (10) years of progressive experience in leadership, operations, or strategic roles, including formal management experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, MIS, or a related field
  • Fifteen (15) years of Project Management, Business Transformation, Strategy/Consulting Process Improvement experience
Other Requirements
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience in data analysis and financial modelling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
