Senior Associate, Process Manager

The Market Readiness team is responsible for ensuring organizational readiness for product enhancements and launches across PULSE. We partner with Product, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to enhance products and services/processes. Through operational impact assessments, portfolio visibility, and cross‑functional coordination, we ensure stakeholders understand upcoming changes, are prepared to support them at launch, and have clear measures in place to evaluate success.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the business owner to build roadmaps through forecasting grounded in capacity planning, high‑level estimates of work and target dates
- Harmonize competing priorities into a single, unified and actionable path forward by working with multiple stakeholders
- Facilitate the intake process for new work entering the portfolio, ensuring the work is aligned to goals and has clearly defined scope and value
- Adhere to Enterprise & GPN governance during intake, ensuring strong risk management, operational excellence, and transparent decision‑making
- Provide portfolio metrics, providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision making
- Facilitate the prioritization of the Product Area / Family backlog in adherence to the GPN Portfolio Management standards
- Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
