Senior Business Optimization Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accelerating the rate of change across the enterprise by leading and/or working on cross functional teams to drive economic and operational efficiency.
• Manages small projects or portions of larger projects over long periods of time and across multiple disciplines.
• Develops new ideas and processes and manages pilot implementation to drive improved business operation.
• Develops and implements an effective operations improvement process.
• Utilizes financial analysis and data mining software/techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of current processes.
• Ensures process implementation and improvement through direct communication and solicitation of feedback.
• Manages one or more staff analysts.

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Finance, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
• 7 years of prior work experience with a proven track record of continual business process improvement and innovation simultaneously meeting financial, operations and customer demands (in addition to education requirement).
