Responsibilities- Oversee large‑scale support and optimisation projects for healthcare providers.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to healthcare executives, leveraging operational knowledge.
- Drive performance enhancements across distributed teams.
- Lead enterprise‑level Epic managed services programs to maintain stability.
- Foster long‑term relationships with clients through clear communication.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives within technology‑enabled environments.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance application support and governance.
- Analyze performance metrics to increase the benefit of Epic resources.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Epic certification in modules such as Ambulatory, Cadence, Clin Doc, Resolute, MyChart, Cogito, ECSA, or Orders.
- Master's Degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or related field.
- Experience leading enterprise Epic support programs.
- Understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory compliance.
- Proven success managing distributed delivery teams.
- Experience developing service dashboards and operational performance metrics.
- Demonstrated financial acumen in managing revenue engagements.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Identification of upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Experience managing large‑scale managed services engagements.
Up to 80% travel required.
SalaryThe salary range for this position is $124,000 – $280,000. Actual compensation will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
