This Senior Manager, Epic Managed Services role focuses on leading large‑scale support and optimisation engagements for healthcare providers using Epic software, ensuring operational stability, continuous improvement, and strong client relationships.

• Oversee large‑scale support and optimisation projects for healthcare providers.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to healthcare executives, leveraging operational knowledge.
• Drive performance enhancements across distributed teams.
• Lead enterprise‑level Epic managed services programs to maintain stability.
• Foster long‑term relationships with clients through clear communication.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives within technology‑enabled environments.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance application support and governance.
• Analyze performance metrics to increase the benefit of Epic resources.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Epic certification in modules such as Ambulatory, Cadence, Clin Doc, Resolute, MyChart, Cogito, ECSA, or Orders.

• Master's Degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or related field.
• Experience leading enterprise Epic support programs.
• Understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory compliance.
• Proven success managing distributed delivery teams.
• Experience developing service dashboards and operational performance metrics.
• Demonstrated financial acumen in managing revenue engagements.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• Identification of upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Experience managing large‑scale managed services engagements.

Up to 80% travel required.

The salary range for this position is $124,000 – $280,000. Actual compensation will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
