Talent Acquisition Analyst, Compliance

Responsibilities

• Adjudication of background screening
• Audit staffing agencies background check process
• Manage data collection related to annual demographics and reporting needs
• Provide support to various compliance projects related to background screenings and I9’s
• Coordinate events and manage projects for the team

• 3-5 years of experience in human resources, legal professional or related area
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in fast‑paced environment and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Associate degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• Understanding of DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations, including pre‑employment testing procedures and requirements
• Positive, can‑do attitude; willingness to contribute ideas and expertise
• Proven ability to be deadline‑oriented and results‑driven
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Solid research and problem solving‑skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
