Responsibilities
- Adjudication of background screening
- Audit staffing agencies background check process
- Manage data collection related to annual demographics and reporting needs
- Provide support to various compliance projects related to background screenings and I9’s
- Coordinate events and manage projects for the team
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources, legal professional or related area
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in fast‑paced environment and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Associate degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- Understanding of DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations, including pre‑employment testing procedures and requirements
- Positive, can‑do attitude; willingness to contribute ideas and expertise
- Proven ability to be deadline‑oriented and results‑driven
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Solid research and problem solving‑skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
