Role Intent
Hire a high-impact, self-driven, AI-first analyst to support multiple strategic initiatives, delivering data, insights, and operational discipline with minimal supervision.
Core Focus- Support strategic priorities and cross-functional initiatives
- Deliver reporting, insights, and forecasting support
- Enable leadership decision‑making through accurate data
- Drive process standardisation and governance
- Build and maintain performance dashboards (revenue, pipeline, operations)
- Execute ad‑hoc analysis
- Support multiple departments and initiatives with flexibility
- Actively contribute to strategic business priorities
- Define and improve global processes and governance
- Provide reliable data to support decision‑making
- Support forecasting and financial planning cycles
- Deliver reporting and business health visibility to leadership
- Provide ad‑hoc analysis and insights
- Support Professional Services operations aligned to US working hours
- Drive resource management (capacity, utilisation, allocation)
- Support resource allocation and balancing across projects
Assist with PO creation and operational execution
- Drive adoption and effective use of PSA tools (e.g., Certinia)
- Act as an AI‑first instigator, leveraging Copilot and automation to improve workflows
- Identify and implement process efficiencies through AI and automation
- Self‑starter, accountable, fast learner
- Strong multi‑tasker across initiatives and stakeholders
- Action‑oriented with strong problem‑solving mindset
- AI‑native / AI‑focused mindset, proactively using automation to improve outcomes
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Financial / sales process understanding
- Advanced Excel + MS Office
- Salesforce, Certinia, Gainsight
- Tableau and/or SQL (preferred)
- AI tools (Copilot, agent creation) a plus
- Resource Management expertise (strong plus)
- 3-5 years in Sales Ops or FP&A
- Professional Services and/or Customer Success experience preferred
- Project Management exposure a plus
The annual base salary range for this position is $64,200 - $107,000. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country‑specific benefits.
