We are seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to help drive operational excellence across our manufacturing organization. This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, developing standardized procedures, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document current business processes using process maps and workflow analysis.
  • Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis, gap analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve operational performance.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
  • Facilitate cross-functional process improvement workshops and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and other departments.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to support process changes and standardization.
  • Monitor process performance and assist in developing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting metrics.
  • Support change management initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement, Business Process Reengineering, or Operational Excellence.
  • Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience creating process maps, SOPs, work instructions, and workflow documentation.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
Preferred Skills
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
  • Process Mapping (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools)
  • Value Stream Mapping
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project)
