Education

• High school diploma or GED required.

Experience

• One (1) year of customer service experience in a library preferred.
• Experience using People Soft preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize information.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to interact professionally with faculty and students.
