Contracts Manager

• Review and negotiate non-standard terms and conditions of commercial contracts with customer's internal departments (purchasing/contracting/legal and outside counseling). Identify and allocate risk in accordance with company policies, providing commercially viable solutions.
• Update the company’s Contracts Database when a contract is negotiated and signed: abstracting relevant terms from contracts to provide key point information; entering data; arranging notifications of expiration dates of framework agreements.
• Ensure that all purchase orders follow proper export compliance regulations.
• Assist in the analysis of other contractual documents such as non-disclosure agreements.
• Perform other functions as assigned by management as needed.
• Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college in a related discipline and a Law degree required.
• 2‑4 years of contracts management and negotiation experience in the legal or sales field.
• Knowledge of commercial contracting principles and general corporate business practices.

• Effective organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workloads, to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinker.
• Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior level managers, clients, and customers.
• Proven problem‑solving ability; ability to deal with abstract concepts.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English required.
