，协助团队完成直播准备、客服沟通、主播招募与培训，共同打造一个充满能量与成长机会的品牌团队。
- 协助主播准备直播产品：拍品分类、定价、陈列与上架
- 优化直播流程，提升客户观看与购买体验
- 监控直播节奏、留言互动，实时记录销售数据
- 协助执行促销活动、抽奖和上新流程
- 在 Whatnot / Tik Tok / IG 等平台上回复客户留言与私信
- 处理售前 / 售后客服问题（退换货、订单咨询、物流跟进）
- 收集客户反馈，汇总常见问题并提出改进建议
- 协助维护粉丝社群、提高客户满意度与复购率
- 协助招募新主播：筛选、沟通与面试安排
- 协助培训新人主播，提供脚本、直播流程与销售话术支持
- 记录主播表现数据，帮助优化团队绩效与内容质量
- 了解美国市场的直播电商模式（Whatnot & Tik Tok）
- 与热爱水晶的团队共事，感受疗愈能量与创造力
- 参与主播培养计划，未来可成长为主播播控或运营主管
- 快速成长通道 + 多元化岗位发展机会
- 对水晶、宝石、能量疗愈等领域有兴趣或基础知识
- 工作细致认真、责任心强、学习能力快
- 英语基础良好，能用英文回复客户留言
- 有 直播、电商运营、客服或社群管理经验 者优先
- 熟悉 Whatnot / Tik Tok / Instagram Live 平台者优先
- 熟练使用 Google Sheet / Excel / Canva 等基础工具
- 性格积极、善于沟通，愿意在快节奏电商环境中成长
- 全职：$3500–$4500 / 月（视经验）兼职 18美金一小时
- 表现优异者可晋升为 直播运营专员 / 主播培训师 / 直播经理
- 灵活工作时间 + 团队支持 + 全面培训
