We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in payroll to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building out our payroll solutions for the UK market, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of functionality, compliance, and user experience.

• Lead the development and enhancement of payroll products for the UK market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development.
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll regulations and standards.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the payroll industry.
• In-depth knowledge of UK payroll regulations and practices.
