We are seeking an experienced Office Services & Hospitality Team Lead to oversee daily operations and support a seamless client and employee experience. This role is responsible for managing service delivery, leading a team, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Pay rate - 27/hr to 30/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and support a team to ensure consistent service delivery and operational success
Set expectations, provide feedback, and support performance management and development
Promote accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Support a high level of client and guest experience across the office
Oversee conference room readiness, meeting support, and catering coordination
Address and resolve service-related issues in a timely and professional manner
Manage daily office services operations including mail, print, supplies, and facilities coordination
Maintain and improve processes to ensure efficiency and consistency
Monitor service levels and implement improvements as needed
Coordinate with vendors to support services including catering, facilities, and equipment
Build strong relationships with internal teams to support business needs
Track expenses and support cost-effective operations
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and security protocols
Conduct regular checks of service areas to maintain a professional environment
Support compliance with operational standards and procedures
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in office services, hospitality, or workplace operations2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace tools
