Lead Acquisition Analyst – Houston, Texas
HPM, LLC seeks a Lead Acquisition Analyst to perform business analysis, operational evaluation, and acquisition support for multifamily real estate investment activities.
- Conduct business, operational, and financial analysis of prospective real estate acquisitions, including review of historical property performance, rent structures, expense patterns, and market data.
- Develop, update, and maintain internal analytical models and evaluation templates incorporating standardized operational and financial assumptions.
