Portfolio Manager

About the Role

Diamond Infrastructure Solutions (Diamond Infra), an infrastructure‑focused company in the U.S. Gulf Coast, is seeking a Portfolio Manager to shape and execute its Energy services strategy. The role will engage with Business Development, Technical Centers, Energy Commercial Managers, and site operations to support existing tenant contracts, develop new tenant opportunities, and define service pricing and contractual terms.

• Develop and update pricing formulas using financial acumen, historical accounting, and operational data.
• Retrieve, organize, and consolidate historical service delivery costs from ECC/DSR.
• Validate and adjust historical costs for non‑routine or abnormal variances; determine appropriate next‑best alternative or market‑based pricing.
• Draft contractual requirements for services provided to or received from potential new tenants.
• Collaborate with functions and site operations to validate data for contract quantities in tenant agreements.
• Monitor financial performance of services, ensuring revenue and margins meet targets and investigate margin issues.
• Support issue resolution during monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Assist contract managers in annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for tenant and fence‑line partner consumption.
• Establish and maintain best practices for portfolio implementation, contract language, and pricing strategies.
• Lead technical feasibility studies and scoping for new service offerings in collaboration with Business Development.
• Identify improvements to existing services or opportunities for new services with current tenants alongside Contract Management.
• Partner with Operations and the Tech Center to develop and maintain asset strategies, considering industry trends, new technologies, and tenant needs.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience at E6 rank/Petty Officer 2nd Class or higher.
• MBA preferred.
• At least 6 years of engineering, manufacturing, or relevant experience.
• Legal ability to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

• Strong financial acumen with experience in historical cost analysis and activity‑based pricing.
• Experience with contract structure, language, and administration.
• Functional knowledge of Dow site operations such as Energy, Environmental Operations, Site Logistics, EH&S, ES&S, Site Infrastructure, Maintenance, and Analytics.

• Professional written, oral, visual, and digital communication.
• Technical leadership and project guidance.
• Strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Business process improvement and BPM familiarity.
• Financial analysis and decision‑making.
• Collaborative work with cross‑functional teams.

Any Diamond Infrastructure Solutions site on the U.S. Gulf Coast (Freeport, Texas City, Seadrift, Plaquemine, or St. Charles) or corporate headquarters in Houston.
