Account Manager - Valet Parking Operations - Westin Houston

Account Manager – Towne Park is responsible for overseeing one Towne Park account, ensuring performance for financial, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives.

The role involves managing business metrics, recruitment, service delivery, client relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Financial and Business Systems Management
  : understand and drive business metrics, improve financial performance, maximize opportunities, manage forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, and turnover, and oversee scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and timekeeping.
• Human Resources
  : recruit and hire, retain talent, conduct interviews, orientation, performance appraisals, coaching, and develop future leaders.
• Service Management
  : deliver consistent guest/patient experience, allocate labor resources, forecast seasonal staffing needs, and meet client service standards.
• Client Relations Management
  : build relationships with client staff, maintain meeting rhythms, ensure high visibility, focus on exceeding client expectations, and identify growth opportunities.
• Systems and Standards
  : use company systems for asset control, train others, maintain a clean work environment, comply with standards, and cooperate with management.
• Safety and Risk Management
  : follow safety procedures, report accidents, ensure safety training, manage risk claims, and support injury reporting processes.
• Sales Responsibilities
  : maintain client relationships, provide leads, advise leadership on client changes, and monitor client business for growth opportunities.

• Associate’s degree preferred; minimum of two (2) years of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources, and customer service.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and point‑of‑sale applications.
• Valid driver’s license, able to drive manual transmission, clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background, MVR, and drug screen for insurance purposes.

• Annual base pay range (to be determined).
• Eligible for annual incentive bonuses based on job classification.

• Company‑paid basic life and AD&D; 401(k) retirement savings plan.
• PTO: accrue 0.0385 hours per hour worked up to 80 hours per calendar year, six paid holidays, and up to 4 paid floating holidays.

• Regular running, standing, walking, sitting, use of hands, reaching, climbing stairs, balance, kneeling, crouching, and speaking.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally; push/pull up to 75 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally.
• Possible extended hours, evenings, weekends, and up to 10% travel.
