Project Manager – Engagement Communications and Annual GivingA Project Manager for the Engagement Communications and Annual Giving area is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering communication‑related projects on time, within budget, and according to organizational goals. This role is responsible for convening kick‑off meetings, generating project timelines, tracking progress against deadlines and providing status reports.
KeyJob Duties Project Planning and Management
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Monitor project progress, document progress, and adjust plans as needed.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Become proficient in our project management software and provide suggestions and solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and status updates.
- Gather requirements and feedback from clients, executives, and team members.
- Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Submit credit card and other expenditures for reimbursement.
- Prepare project status reports for management.
- Analyze results and recommend improvements for future projects.
- Project management experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Budget and administrative support
- Leadership and team coordination
- Familiarity with communication and marketing tools
- Higher education and/or non‑profit experience preferred
Department is willing to accept experience in lieu of education.
