OTC; Order-to-Cash Analyst

Position: OTC (Order-to-Cash) Analyst
Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a OTC (Order-to-Cash) Analyst to join their team. As a OTC (Order-to-Cash) Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Finance Department supporting the Order-to-Cash process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

* ** Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm*

- Monday to Friday*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

+ Coordinate with sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

+ Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.

+ Analyze order and payment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

+ Support audit and compliance activities related to order-to-cash processes.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

+ Proficiency in relevant software and systems.

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
