Singletonet is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support operational efficiency, business strategy, and data-driven decision making across the organization.

The Business Operations Analyst will analyze business processes, develop operational insights, and support leadership with performance analysis and reporting.

• Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop operational metrics and performance indicators to support business decision-making.

• Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and insights.
• Prepare reports and dashboards that support management decision-making.

• Assist leadership teams in evaluating operational strategies and business initiatives.
• Conduct research and market analysis to support business planning efforts.

• Work closely with engineering, finance, and operations teams to improve organizational processes.
• Document business processes and operational procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or related field
