Transforming complex commercial and market data into actionable insights, the full-time remote Portfolio Insights Manager will guide strategic decision-making across multiple cannabis markets by identifying performance trends, growth opportunities, and competitive risks.
Key responsibilities- Analyze sales, distribution, pricing, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and performance risks
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting to provide visibility into portfolio performance
- Translate complex data into insights and recommendations that support pricing decisions and product launches
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics, commercial insights, or portfolio strategy
- Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and KPI reporting
- Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate sales performance and connect data insights to portfolio strategy
